The Paddle and Explore is a gentle introductory tour suitable for beginners aged 12 - ?
The most popular tour lasting 2½ - 3hrs , with emphasis on coastal scenery and enjoyment.
All equipment supplied just bring a sense of adventure and a smile.

Sandycove Directions:
Coming from cork city- Drive to Kinsale, continue through kinsale on the R600 west, drive over the bridge and stay right, then after 200m take the first left, Sandycove is signposted here, then take the immediate right, and follow the water till you get to a hamlet of houses and a small slip way.
Coming from west - Drive to Ballinspittle, follow signs for Kinsale but you will be turning right before kinsale town. About a 2k before kinsale , Sandycove is signposted at a right turn just beside a layby, take this right and the immediate next right and follow the water till you reach a hamlet of houses and a small slipway.
